Nosso fundador

Willian Martins Pacheco percebeu muito cedo que o mundo do marketing era um caos enquanto trabalhava como representante de algumas marcas nacionais. Buscando facilitar a compreensão do público em relaçao as empresas decidiu mudar o modelo de realizar o marketing, focando na psicologia por trás da propaganda.

Nossa história

Inicialmente, Willian era apenas um jovem com um notebook e o desejo de ajudar as pessoas a entender melhor o que as propagandas transmitiam. Rapidamente, o que era para ser um projeto paralelo se transformou em um negócio viável com alguns funcionários. No início, o foco principal de Willian era apenas a organizaçao das redes sociais e a criatividade em construir catálogos premiados, mas aos poucos a equipe cresceu e pôde se concentrar mais em projetos que incorporavam desde a construçao da marca até a expansqo dela internacionalmente. Agora, Willian e sua equipe trabalham em parceria com marcas nacionais e internacionais para dar sentido à enorme quantidade de demanda que o marketing proporciona.
